Key Responsibility • Assist with medical translation services to ensure smooth andefficient medical care is provided to the client without linguistic andcultural gap • Ensure that International SOS is represented in a professional manner • Facilitate interaction with local medical facilities in order tomaintain good relationships • Help facilitate in person any billing or hospital administrative procedures
1. Bachelor degree or above with more than 2 years working experiences 2. Confident, teamworking and strong sense of customer service 3. Strong communication skill 4. Proficient in English, both speaking and writing 5. Home based in SHA downtown, able to be on call
