2、Responsible for all events that happens or might happen in the IMdepartment including respiratory me******** digestion internalme******** Neurology paediatric internal medicine an******** on；
3、Responsible for paying attention to the findings of the IMdepartment's patient care an******** activities an******** otheract******** an******** corresponding measures timely;
4、Supervise the work of doctors an******** in IM department toIncreasing an******** the level of medical care provide******** thedepartment;
5、Participate in every phase of administration in the ******** takecharge of the hiring、 training、assessment 、practice 、medical educationan******** about doctors an******** in IM department with colleaguesfrom other departments;
6、Make recommendations for maintaining an******** the quality of careprovide******** IM department an******** hosp******** an******** othermatters;
7、Develop an******** departmental programs with other colleagues tospee******** the growth of IM department;
8、Provide opinions for medical policies of the hosp******** an********forwar******** recommendations regarding IM ********an******** them intopractice ;
9、Enforce medical staff by rules, laws an******** within the ********an******** investigations of clinical performance an******** effect whennecessary;
10、Assist in the preparation of monthly reports ，quarterly reportsan******** reports to IM ******** including budgetary planning reports;
11、Complete other tasks assigne******** the CMO.

Job qualification/任职资格：
1、Bachelor degree or above in medical or management field；
2、More than 10 years internal medicine experience，an******** than 5yearsIM management experience ,work in a third-grade comprehensivehospital/work aboard;
3、Have skille******** knowledge an******** professional knowle********familiar with the hospital process an******** relate********;
4、Strong communication an******** sk******** organization an********sk******** comprehensive analysis an******** an******** skills;
5、With application knowledge of computers an******** office equipment;
