2、Responsible for all events that happens or might happen in theanesthesiology department to improve the quality of operation constantly；
3、Responsible for the establishment of anesthesia department with thedept Chair of Surgical;
4、To be able to take appropriate measures to deal with any problemsarising from anesthesia work;
5、Supervise the work of anesthetist an******** to Increasing an********the level of anesthesia quality provide******** the department;
6、Assist every phase of administration in the anesthesiology ********take charge of the hiring、 training、assessment 、practice 、medicaleducation an******** about anesthetists an******** with the dept Chairof Surgical;
7、Make recommendations for maintaining an******** the quality ofanesthesia provide******** anesthesiology department an********hosp******** an******** other matters;
8、Develop an******** departmental programs with other colleagues tospee******** the growth of anesthesiology;
9、Provide opinions for medical policies of the hosp******** an********forwar******** recommendations regarding surgical ********an********them into practice ;
10、Enforce anesthetist by rules, laws an******** within the ********an******** investigations of clinical performance an******** effect whennecessary;
11、Assist in the preparation of monthly reports ，quarterly reportsan******** reports to anesthesiology ******** including budgetaryplanning reports;
12、Complete other tasks assigne******** the CMO.

Job qualification/任职资格：
1、Bachelor degree or above in medical or management field；
2、More than 10 years experience in anesthesiology，an******** than 5years anesthesiology management experience ,work in a third-gradecomprehensive hospital/work aboard;
3、Have skille******** knowledge an******** professional knowle********familiar with the hospital process an******** relate********;
4、Strong communication an******** sk******** organization an********sk******** comprehensive analysis an******** an******** skills;
5、With application knowledge of computers an******** office equipment;
6、Understan******** department English professional knowle******** havegoo******** l******** speak******** reading an******** ability;
