（平行职位，中资企业专职现场心理咨询师，双人一岗，每8-12周安排一次轮转回国休假，月薪比北京岗位翻倍）


工作职责

Positioning International SOS as a mental health care providersupplementing our core services in health and security assistance to theinternational community.Responsible for the delivery, quality andefficiency of psychological and mental health services in line withInternational SOS Group operational standard.
1. Provides crisis intervention in situations requiring immediatepsychological treatment.
2. Participates in educational programs, in-service meetings, clinicianmeetings, and workshops to enhance professional development and maintaincurrency of methodology and techniques.
3. Complete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate andtimely manner
4. Ensure all services are completed according to relevant ethical andprofessional standards of care.


任职资格：

- 心理学等相关专业、本科及以上学历

- 国家二级心理咨询师，接受培训和督导时数>200h

- 具备EAP咨询资质

- 三年以上专职企业心理咨询相关经验，从事过员工减压、危机干预、团队凝聚力建设等实际项目，面询&电话经验>200h，能熟悉运用咨询理论与技术独立处理轻、中度的心理问题。

- 具有一定的多元文化企业工作经验

- 性格开朗，心态开放，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神, 能够承受工作压力

- 具备良好的沟通能力, 能使用英语作为工作语言和外籍人士沟通者优先考虑

- 熟练使用电脑，包括MS Office软件
