Gender analysis of big data set is antherapproache******** to understan******** differences in disease outcomean******** accessibility between genders an******** develop specialinterventions targeting the difference an********.

The Role of the Position
The research assistant will serve as a key member of the Women’san******** Health Program in the George Institute China Off********an******** research relate******** the under supervision an********designate******** to support the daily operation.

Reporting Relationships
The Research Assistant will report to the Hea******** Women’s an********Health Program directly.

Duties an******** Responsibilities

As a research assistan********
• Undertake women’s and/or chil******** relate******** tasks undersupervision of the team lea******** including developing studyprotocols, operation manuals, data management an********, paperwr******** etc.;
• Participate in research ******** including providing technicaltraining to the local research team as re******** conducting sitesuperv******** data collection coor******** an******** technical tasksfor the project;
• Keep routine communications with other department within TGIan******** stakeholders to support the work of team lea********an******** the successful operation of Women’s and Chil********Program;
• Other task designate******** the Hea******** Women’s an******** HealthProgram.

Occupational Health an********

Sk******** Knowle******** an********
• Master’s or higher degree in public health or epidemiology;
• Experience in women’s an******** health relate******** or work ispreferred;
• Familiar with qualitative an******** research metho******** an********in applying at least one type of above research methods;
• Advance******** writing an******** presentation skills in Mandarinan********;
• Research or working backgroun******** e/m-health preferred;
• Sol******** of research an******** ethical principles in the conductof research;
• Ability to perform advance******** analyses, an******** in applyingthe following statistical or referencing software: SAS/SPSS/STATA/R,PASS, NV******** RevMan, En******** etc.
• Competence with computer programs (especially MS Office; MS Word, MSExcel) an******** communication (email an********);
• Team player, can-do attitude an******** time management;
• Great enthusiasm in research work;
