Billing Specialist

Responsibilities 工作职责:
1)Work out the Debit Note for insurance.
统计理赔账单，整理后寄往保险公司。

2)Make “Debit Note” for the patient.
定期统计病人的应付款项，制作相应地催款单。

3)Inform patients about the claimant feedback in time an******** them toreclaim.
及时通知病人保险公司关于理赔的反馈信息并协助病人重新理赔。

4)List the outstanding status an******** the account receivable balancewith insurance/company termly.
定期统计应收账款的情况并与保险公司进行核对。

5)Be familiar with Direct Billing process of all the insurancean******** clients.
熟悉所有合作保险公司及公司客户的直付流程。

6)Checking Insurance Agreement for Direct Billing Service.
检查保险公司的直付合同。

7)Train internal staff with Direct Billing process when getting newcooperation with insurance/company.
实时培训内部员工支付服务流程。

8)Other job assigne******** the supervisor.
完成上级主管交付的其他工作。
