Roles & responsibilitie********

• Share pre-sale an********-sale technical support daily work as a teammember, to ensure efficient an******** service be provide******** team
• Manage an******** team performance with appropriate KPI which alignwith global an******** strategy
• Initiate or support cross function campaigns from consumer experienceperspectives to improve customer satisfaction

About you
• >=5 years’ hands-on experiences in antibody relate********, able todo trouble shooting for customers at levels of PhD or above in some ofthe following laboratory technique******** IHC, western blot, ChIP,ELISA, IF/ICC, flow cytometry, etc. (at least 3 fields)
• >=2 years’ experiences in leading an******** team
• Goo******** presentation both in Chinese an********
• Excellent communication sk******** particular in convincing orinfluencing others
• Have visionary thinking as well as efficient execution
• Excellent reading an******** in Engl******** with flluent oral English
• Self-discipline with devote******** att******** focus on successan******** in innovation
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Minimal master degree in life sciences required. PhD or PostdocPreferred. Education abroa******** plus
