Job Purpose
Provide strategic leadership an******** over LIH’s medical serv********quality initiatives an******** satisfaction in LIH’s four out-patientclinics an******** hospital in Kunming as well as its future facilitiesin other locations.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Planning an******** Leadershi********
Serves in the Executive Management Team of LIH Healthcare, leading onstrategy, planning an********, ******** capital projects an********decision making;
Leads ******** implementation an******** of plans for provision of highquality in-patient an********-patient rehabilitation medicine an********services for all of our facilities;
Develops new service lines an******** in coordination with the clinicalan******** teams.
Effectively integrates the physical rehabilitation me******** mentalhealth services an******** an******** pediatrics aspects of ourorganization.

Clinical Services an******** Managemen********
Develops an******** standards for the h******** training an******** ofclinical staff, including maintaining a formal program of continuingeducation;
Leads on measurement, analysis an******** of outcomes of services;
Collaborates with Human Resources on the preparation of job descriptionsfor all levels of medical personnel;
Leading development an******** of all clinical content for theorganization including content relate******** marketing an********.

Quality Managemen********
Leads on ensuring smooth operation of privileging an******** committeesan******** improvement committees as well as their relate******** ineach of LIH’s facilities;
Establishes standards of care, standards of practice an******** ofperformance with which to measure effectiveness an******** of clinicalservices personnel an********;
Implements effective programming to mon******** evaluate an******** thequality of clinical care an******** to patients.


Minimum E******** Experience & Skills：
• Medical degree
• Minimum of 5 years successful experience leading phys******** nursesan******** clinicians
• Experience either in rehabilitation medicine or a relate********fiel******** orthope******** neurology, car******** internal medicine oremergency medicine
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent written an******** English an********.


Preferre********, Experience & Skills
• Experience leading an******** healthcare facilities providingrehabilitation healthcare services
