岗位职责:
1. 1. Perform complete physical exams an******** of patients in InternalMedicine Department (including urgent, emergent, an********-urgentpresentation) an********.
2. Help with the coverage of the ICU as requeste******** the ICU MedicalDirector.
3. Help with medical development programs of internal me******** such asdevelop rules, training plans an******** monitoring systems forhospitalist programs etc
4. Primary doctor to do Co admission with part time Subspecialtyspecialists in Internal Medicine.
5. Select, order an******** tests an******** to augment physicalfindings
6. Define/document differential diagnoses an******** differentialdiagnoses with most likely diagnosis indicated.
7. Write orders on physician order sheet for tests, proceduresan******** implementation an******** of therapies in accordance withmedical protocols. Write signature on chart base******** institutionalpolicy
8. Perform diagnostic an******** procedures as deeme******** an********for plan of care if privilege******** do so. Consult as necessary.
9. Interpret data an******** results for appropriate course of actionincluding bloo********, ra******** ECG, etc., but not limite********these.
10. Participate in education an******** including medical an********staff.
11. Participate in community events coordinate******** BeijingUnite********.
12. Follow bylaws an******** an******** of Beijing Unite********Hospital.

任职资格:
1. The staff member MUST hol******** medical degree from arecognize******** institution either in China or overseas. The staffmember shoul******** hol******** Internal Medicine ******** but if thisis not the case, at least five (5) years of Internal Medicine or ICUexperience at recognize******** accredite********.
2. The staff member shoul******** registere******** his or her homecountry an******** also possess licensing with the Beijing MedicalBoard.
3. The staff member shoul******** skills equivalent to those ofaccredite******** Medicine Physicians or ICU services. Skills in generalshoul******** applie******** the initial assessment, ******** treatmentan******** of ICU Adult an******** medical conditions.
4. Where appl******** the staff member shoul******** patients inaccordance with hospital an******** procedures an********. Whenmedications are re******** these shoul******** prescribe********hospital prescriptions in accordance with hospital procedures.
