实验室负责人 Lab Leader

实验室负责人全权负责成都实验室的日常运营，包括人员管理、实验室各项规章制度及流程管理、实验室预算制定及实施等，确保实验室所提供的各项服务满足客户要求及各项法律法规的规定。

1. 根据所在机构赋予的职能范围，对实验室服务实行有效领导，包括实验室的预算策划和日常成本控制；

2. 与相应的认可和监管部门、相关行政管理人员、卫生保健团体、所服务的患者人群以及正式的协议方有效联系并发挥作用（需要时）；

3. 确保有适当数量的具备所需的教育、培训和能力的员工，以提供满足患者需求和要求的实验室服务；

岗位任职资格 REQUIRED COMPETENCE
医学检验、药物分析及其他医学相关专业硕士以上学历

1. 5-10年医疗、科研机构，大专院校相关岗位工作经验

2. 有良好的团队领导能力
