该岗位主要职责是带领NGS操作团队开展NGS项目的日常运行工作，包括平台搭建，运行，项目验证及操作优化。

1. 按照测序实验室的要求，进行NGS实验室日常运行工作的管理，保证实验保质保量，按时完成。

岗位任职资格REQUIRED COMPETENCE
细胞生物学、分子生物学、遗传学、医学，检验等相关专业硕士及以上学历Cell b******** molecular b********genet******** me******** inspection an******** relate********, master'san******** degree
1. 熟悉二代测序数据分析的原理和常用的分析流程；
Familiar with the principal an******** procedure of the next generationsequence.
2. 熟悉Illumina和Life等 NGS平台的原理和详细实验流程，有设计、优化和操作测序实验的经验；
Familiar with NGS platform an******** lab testing proce******** e.g.Illum******** L******** etc., experience in ******** optimizationan******** testing is preferred.
3. 责任心强，有较强的学习能力,、良好的组织沟通能力和团队合作精神；
