A. Overall Purpose Of The Job
The position is mainly responsible for
Medical technologists conduct medical laboratory tests, experimentsan******** to assist in the ******** treatment an******** of disease.Under technical supervision performs a wide range of procedures in allgeneral areas of the medical laboratory including chem******** serology,an******** procedures; an******** relate******** as required.

B. Key Responsibilities
Receives specimens from laboratory or obtains specimens directly frompatients an******** quantitative an******** analysis.Preparessta******** reagents, media an******** necessary for the performance ofall laboratory tests.Conduct analyses of blood, ur******** cerebrospinalan******** body fluids to determine their relation to variousphysiological an******** con******** ******** an******** pathogenicbacter******** parasites an******** micro-organisms. Maintain the labequipment an********-shooting. Clean an******** lab devices.Performsan******** internal quality control procedures an******** discrepancies.Perform test calibration an******** the calibration.
· Conduct regular proficiency testing.
Prepare an******** referral lab results.Establish procedures for theanalysis of specimens an******** medical laboratory experiments Collectpaternity DNA specimen for contracte******** Perform drug abuse urine(DAU) test an******** alcohol test for contracte********. Dispose oflaboratory waste properly in compliance with international an********guideline.May supervise an******** other medical laboratory technicianor technologists an******** medical laboratory workers;
· Assist an******** with medical staff regarding ordering an******** oflaboratory tests.
· Assist with laboratory inspections for accreditation; prepare recordsan******** associate******** the functioning an******** of the lab.
· Continuous Quality Improvemen******** Analysis.
· Maintain monthly reports for review with the laboratory supervisor ormanager.
· Assist in writing an******** policies an******** as needed; revise labprocedure manual as needed.
· Develop an******** new test procedures when appropriate.
· Participate in clinic an******** conferences (including caseconferences or other medical presentations).
· Other duties or projects as assigned.

· At least one-year working experience in the medical laboratory field.

· Work in ISO15189 or CAP accredite******** is preferred.

Travel / Rotation Requirements
· Occasionally travel other RM clinics for on-site lab servicesupporting.
· Occasionally go outside for on-site lab service due to business need.
