RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Function as UFH AHA Life Support ITC program assistant an********admin assistant; maintain recor******** assist stu******** staff or thepubl******** according to office function.

• Answer phones, take reg******** prepare class packets, assemble, type,an******** reports, correspon******** an********. Handle incomingan******** mail for the center. Process an******** purchaserequisitions. Order supplies as necessary for the center an********centers.
• Prepare, mon******** an******** instructor payment record. Createan******** instructor non-personnel files an******** files.
• Prepare an******** section masters for various classes an********centers according to registrar procedures. Create an******** the centercalendar of classes. Set up contracte******** (Dr******** Ay********general community members, foo********, etc.).
• Arrange an******** classrooms, e******** an******** materials for theUFH AHA ITC classes an******** CDEME events, including the EMTP weeklyconference, monthly journal club, recruiting an******** special events.
• Process an******** money an******** car******** payments; rece********balance, an******** car******** daily; give batch to UFH WOFE. Prepareagency billings an******** accounts.
• Help with implementing decisions made by the CDEME directoran********, as indicate******** those two individuals

任职资格:
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Requires a college or nursing diploma or equivalent educationbackground.
• Experience using wor******** an******** software, data entry, ten keycalculators, an******** office machines. Must be self-mot******** haveorganizational sk******** an******** initiative to work independently tomeet deadlines.
• Must have effective oral an******** communication skills. Must be orbecome familiar with policies an******** relate******** the Centerserve******** educational courses with AHA. Some weeken********require******** assist with training.
• Flexibility to adapt to new circumstances.
• Bilingual in English an********

PREFERRED: (but not required)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS provider certifie******** AHA.

• Minimum physical exertion.
