Roles & responsibilitie********
• Performing pre-sales demonstration in the fiel******** lab.
• Providing start-up training to customers as well as service lab onsoftware an********.
• Carrying out post-sale follow-up activities to ensure productperformance an******** satisfaction.
• Maintaining an******** application an******** information promptly.
• Drive technical discussions with customers to position featuresan******** of the technology base******** their needs an********.
• Assisting sales team in developing sales, marketing materialsan********.
• Giving technical presentations including FirePlex as well as otherantibody-base******** (western blott******** FACS, ELISA, ******** ChIP)
• Providing backup technical support to our customers in China via emailan********.

About you
You will hol******** MSc or above in a life sciences fiel******** aminimum of 3 years in practical research laboratory experience. You willhave gaine******** in at least two FirePlex relate******** includingflow cytometry, genomics or proteomics. You will be a goo********player, someone with excellent communication skills an******** toexplain protocols an******** experiments clearly an********. You will beable an******** to travel. You will have strong attention to detailan******** passionate about delivering quality scientific supportservice to our customers an********, have previous experience of workingwith customers.
