Responsibilitie********
• Custom product order creation an******** – interprets complex customorder requirements an********, translates into orderable units ofsubcomponents base******** calculations an******** requirements. Inputorders an******** order fulfillment utilizing multiple systems includingERP, CRM an******** in-house applications.
• Sales order creation an******** - Interprets requirements ofcontracts, purchase order ******** ******** an******** or customerinputs to create an******** stock sales orders in ERP system inaccordance with contract guidelines an******** policies an********.
• Distributor Shipment Support – Communicates with customer tounderstan******** Inco terms, carr******** shipment requirements.Works with internal teams to arrange shipment an******** customer insupport of importation.
• Provide customers an******** team with order ver******** updates ondelivery ******** product availability an********.
• Work closely with team members from Product Management,Manufactur******** Plann******** Sales, Finance an******** to resolveissues an******** accurate an******** delivery of orders.
• Handles special projects such as new system or business processimplementations relate******** custom products an******** as needed.
• Analyzes problems, determines approach within gu******** compilesan******** data an******** reports an********.
• Coordinates high level activities between departments an********parties.
• Contacts Illumina employees’ at all organizational levels to gatherinformation an******** reports.

Requiremen********
• At least 5 years of working exper******** preferably within thebiotech industry.
• 2-3 year of customer support experience required.
• Experience working with ERP an******** systems (SAP, JDE,Salesforce.com, etc.) or other order entry software preferred.
• Familiarity with Internet commerce sites an******** comfort withtechnology strongly desired.
• Experience in leading or participating in process improvementprojects.
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task, work in team sett********an******** independently when required.
• Strong desire to provide total customer support, going further toaddress customer core needs.
• Must be very detail-oriented.
• Excellent time-management an******** skills.
• Strong written an******** communication skills in English. Knowledgeof another Asian language is useful, Mandarin or Japanese being most indemand.

Education:
• B.S in Life Sc******** Chemistry or business strongly preferred.
