Position Summary:

The NIPT Marketing Manager, will be dedicatedly responsible fordeveloping NIPT market opportunities within the reproductive healthspace. Responsibilitie********

• Strategic Marketing Planning & Implementation. Utilizing themarket analys******** work with regional & global marketingan******** sales team to prioritize short-term quick winsan********-term strategic plays in China NIPT market. Develop strategican******** plans to approach these opportunities in order to increasemarket share of ILMN’s platforms. Will also be intimatelyinvolve******** the annual commercial planning process. Responsible forthe implementation of NIPT annual marketing plan an******** timelymeasurement to ensure the achievement of the planne********.

• Marketing Campaigns & Reports. Work closely with internal marcomteam an******** NIPT partners to implement NIPT marketing campaignsan******** each campaign aligne******** NIPT strategy, messagingan********. Ensure timely reporting of the domestic an******** NIPTmarketing activities to solicit to the target audience for better marketawareness.

• Regular Market Analysis Report. Investigate NIPT potential marketthrough primary an******** market research. Collect marketingintelligence on a periodical time base. Identify short / long-termopportun******** key opinion lea******** competitive lan********critical success factors an******** to entry.

• Partner Enablement. Facilitate an******** the development of NIPTsales tools, an******** appropriate marketing messages to conducttraining for NIPT partners’ team to support the NIPT business growth.

Requiremen********

• 5+ years of experience in market******** sales and/or marketdevelopment in pharmaceut******** medical ******** or IVD industry.

无创产前检测(NIPT)营销经理将专门负责开发生殖保健领域内的无创产前检测(NIPT)市场机会。主要任务包括评估市场动态,理解客户要求,与利益相关者(关键意见领袖、合作伙伴、政府机构以及宜曼达内部资源)建立关系,从而为中国市场制定并实施无创产前检测的上市策略。此职位还需要为宜曼达产品和服务构建令人信服的信息传达及定位,从而建立市场认知、生成需求,并通过指导、工具和培训撬动销售团队。

候选人要求

岗位职责:

•战略性营销规划与实施。利用市场分析,与区域和全球营销及本地销售团队合作,对中国无创产前检测市场中的短期迅速取得成果和长期战略性措施排出优先次序。制定战略和战术计划来把握这些机会以增加Illumina的市场占有率。还将深入参与年度商业计划流程。负责无创产前检测年度营销计划的执行,并及时考量,以确保实现计划目标。

•营销活动和报告。与行销传播团队和外部NIPT合作伙伴密切合作,开展无创产前检测的市场营销活动,确保各项活动均符合无创产前检测战略、信息传达和定位。确保及时报道国内和国际无创产前检测营销活动,吸引目标受众,实现更高的市场认知度。

•定期市场分析报告。通过原始资料和二手资料市场研究,调查无创产前检测的潜在市场。识别短期和长期机会、关键意见领袖、竞争格局、入市的关键成功因素和障碍。

• 合作撬动。促进并推动无创产前检测工具的开发,汇编适当的营销信息资料用于培训销售团队,从而为无创产前检测业务提供支持。

• 业务/市场开发。与业务开发/市场开发团队合作,识别潜在的业务机会,比如可能的新市场机会、建立合作伙伴关系、兼并与收购等等。

• 对内对外的交流沟通。作为中国市场使用宜曼达产品的无创产前检测主要协调人,促进对内对外的交流沟通,确保与内外部利益相关者协调一致。

• 科学营销。协调本地的合作及原理论证研究,以得到证明论述和客户支持。

岗位要求:

• 要求具有5年以上制药,医疗器械或IVD相关行业的营销、销售和/或市场开发经验;
• 战略性思维能力非常重要;
• 在生殖健康细分市场,尤其是无创产前检测领域有相关经验,将是一项强有力的优势;
• 能够对新的市场机会进行评估。
• 能够出差;
• 优秀的中英文沟通(口头和书面)技巧;
• 优秀的宣讲技巧;
• 优秀的谈判技巧和说服能力。

教育背景:

• 科学专业的大学/大专学历,或同等学历。
• 取得商务(MBA)或相关学科专业更高学历者优先考虑。
