• APG is the important part of PDM in Abcam. Antibody purification isthe key procedure in pro******** processing of product an********assurance. Tasks of APG are as follow********
• Purify polyclonal antibodies with antigen specification fromImmunize******** sera for detection use by project group.
• Purify RabMab from recombinant monoclonal antibody or hybridoma cellculture supernatant, an******** Buffer of RabMab to PBS.
• Provide monoclonal an******** antibodies purification services forCSD.

Roles & responsibilitie********
• Study deeply on targets ******** including target funct********expression pattern, subcellular locat******** clinical applicationprospect an********.
• Decide whether the product is suitable for IHC application or not.
• Solve the problems aroun******** application in antibody development.
• Know antibody screening experimental includes WB, ICC, IHC, IF, IPan********, Judge an antibody by all the applications.

About you
• Have both histologic an******** education.
• Have rich experience in IHC tests, with IF experience preferred.
• More than 3 years’ experience an******** able to do trouble shootingon following laboratory technique******** IHC, ChIP, ELISA, IF/ICC, flowcytometry, western blot, etc.
• Ability to rigorous logical thinking.
• Skillful communication with colleagues an******** guidance.
• Active an******** work attitude for making progress relativeindependently.
• Strong willingness to contribute to bio-industry an******** scientiststo discover more.
• Minimal master degree in pathology or histologic re******** withexperience of antibody development. PhD. in pathology or histologicpreferred. Education abroa******** plus.
