The Fiel******** Specialist (FAS) is primarily responsible for theinstrument installations an******** of how to perform digital PCRexperiments an******** relate******** sample processing perQuestgenomics’ SOPs. What will you do?
Ensure customer is properly prepare******** operate Questgenomicsdigital PCR system properly.
Schedule an******** face to face technical interactions with customers.
Provide both onsite an******** phone support to customers for assayan******** relate********.
Works collaboratively across the business to buil******** with themarket******** serv******** an******** teams to ensure high customersatisfaction.
Drives revenue growth through determining assay growth opportunitieswhile working with customers.
Motivates an******** teammates by asking for their input an******** totheir ideas.
Deliver high quality customer training an******** support at theQuestgenomics’ training center or at the customer’s site while achievinghigh customer satisfaction.
Always ensure highest professional relationships with our customer baseto achieve customer loyalty an******** issues if necessary to solvecritical tasks in the fastest way possible.
Optimize your work schedule by coordinating schedule******** courseswith other activities such as customer technical an******** support.
Assist in the preparation of customer training content an********,prepares training plans, andcommunicate with customer on additionaltraining needs prior to on site training.
Prepares an******** scientific posters an******** at exhibitionsan********.
Participates in tradeshows aiming to promote QuestGenomics’ productsan******** in general.
Provide rap******** professional response to internal an********customer queries using knowledge of the techniques in question.

How will you get here?
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in life sciences or clinical me******** orrelate********.
Experience in interacting with external clients an******** to presenttechnical content to small an******** audiences.
Ability to work as part of a highly effective team of professionals
Self-mot******** proactive work ethics. Able to work independently withlimite********-to-day supervision of the manager.
Able to travel up to 60%.
Ability to work independently – self-starter with drive an********.
Preferre******** of operations in PCR, QPCR or NGS with knowledge ofprecision medicine.
