Position Summary:

This role facilitates technical training courses an******** technicalcurriculum for global fiel******** sc******** technical support staffan******** on the ******** maintenance an******** preparation of ourcomplex instrument systems. Collaborates with Training HQ, Researchan********, Product Support an******** internal experts to identifyrequirements for technical courses an********. Works closely withinstructional designers to prepare technical training materialsutilizing technical ******** guidance from internal experts an********from internal knowledge bases. Conducts classroom lectures an********-onlaboratory sessions. Perform follow-up assessment to determine courseeffectiveness. Responsible for ensuring the validity of the trainingcourse content.

• Manage an******** the training lab by ensuring instruments areproperly setup, regularly maintaine******** assets are properlydocumente******** recorded.
• Ensure all safety aspects an******** are followe******** maintainingthe training lab.
• Collaborate closely with internal customers on demos an********initiatives in the region.
• Provide customer sample preparation trainings to increase productpull-through.
• Coordinate all aspects of internal group trainings an******** inChina.
• Prepare for technical training classes by acquiring necessary suppliesor consumables, setting-up instruments an******** e******** an********training logistics to ensure that classes are conducte********.
• Ensure that the training lab is efficiently utilize******** alltraining activities are recorde******** the APAC Training SharePointsite.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training activities an********improvement measures as appropriate base******** finding********
• Develop an******** key company processes that support our mission ofbuilding a world-class customer support organization.

Preferre********:
• PhD in Chem******** B******** Molecular Biology or Geneticsrequire******** M.S. in Chem******** B******** Molecular Biology orGenetics + 3 years technical work and/or technical training experienceor B.S. + 6 years technical work and/or technical training experience.

Preferre********:
• 3 years biotec******** experience preferred.
• Must be willing to travel up to 20%,
• Adult learn******** Instructional systems ******** fac********an******** evaluation experience preferred.
• Prior experience with DNA sequencing or microarray technologiespreferred.
• Prior experience in a clinical diagnostic or forensic laboratoryenvironment a plus.
