Responsibilitie********

a) Payroll operations
• Support pre-payroll act******** i.e. verify payroll changes from HR,review master data file ******** confirm payroll data completenessan********.
• Review an******** payroll master file from payroll vendor
• Partner with service providers to resolve erroneous payrolltransactions
• Partner with HR an******** provider on payroll enquiries fromemployees
• Support year-en******** processing act******** e.g. develop an********payroll calendar to payroll ven******** review the annual changes inbase an******** pension contribution an********.

b) Employee stock program
• Coordinate with Stock Administrator in US to prepare an********quarterly/annually SAFE reporting for Restricte******** Units an********Stock Purchase Plan
• Administration of inboun******** outboun******** transfers foremployees stock transaction
• Liaise with service provider on calculation of Individual Income Taxfor employee stock transactions an******** with payroll vendor onmonthly filing

c) Other accounting operations responsibilitie********
• Administration of Ctrip Travel Program which includes reconciliationof employees’ travel data an******** of travel activities forreasonableness check
• Administration of company stamp on contracts, documents an********.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable team in Singapore on tracking ofGovernment Uniform Invoice (Fa Piao) for staff expense reportsan******** purchases
• Coordinate with local banks on banking relate********
• Work hand-in-han******** Singapore colleagues in delivering Travelan******** Policy trainings for local employees
• Administration of E-port process for import VAT an******** payments
• Act as 2n******** for Corporate Credit Car********

Requiremen********

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of financial accounting experience;
• Prior experience in SAP is a plus but not a must;
