职责概述:
 收集和归档客人的就医信息;
 整理和发放客人的就医信息;
 收集和分析病人量数据。
工作职责:
 保证医疗档案安全;
 根据门诊需要分发病历/医疗档案;
 根据诊所要求发送就医信息;
 根据要求译写医疗报告;
 协助医务人员评估客户服务质量和制定评估的标准和方法;
 收集和分析客人就诊量和与医疗相关项目的数据;
 组织部门日常工作, 培训新员工;
 严格维护病人档案的私密性;
 完成主管/经理交办的其他工作。
任职资格:
 大专及以上学历;
 医疗/护理背景优先;
 有接待/客服工作经验者优先考虑。
工作技能:
 基本的领导技能;
 具备良好的中英文沟通能力(懂粤语者优先考虑);
 具备与客人沟通交流的技巧;
 协调处理问题的技巧。
知识:
 精通Microsoft Wor******** Excel软件;
 对医疗行业有基本的了解;
 良好的数据收集和归档知识;
 懂得客户服务的常识。
