• Develop an******** effective sales strateg******** structures, budgetsan******** goals.
• Provide tra******** support an******** to all location sales teammembers to ensure all revenue targets are met.
• Establish productive an******** relationships with key personnel inother departments within Qingdao Unite******** well as other facilitieswithin the UFH network.
• Directly negotiate an******** agreements with large (individual)cl******** corporates an******** referral network.
• Monitor an******** performance metrics an******** improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly an******** sales forecasts
• Perform research an******** new potential customers an******** marketopportunities

This position manages all employees of the sales departments(calle******** Solutions) across Qingdao Unite******** Hospitalan******** responsible for the performance management an******** of allemployees within all sales departments of Qingdao Unite********Hospital.
Knowledge an********:
1. At least 10 years experience in B2C and/or B2B direct sales channelsof which at least 5 years in managing a high performance sales team inthe People’s Republic of China.
2. Knowledge of CRM software couple******** the ability tounderstan******** analyse sales performance metrics.
3. Strong communication an******** management skills
4. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
5. Availability to travel as needed
6. BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
7. Native Mandarin Speaker an******** in English.
