WHAT ARE THE ACCOUNT DIRECTOR's RESPONSIBILITIES?
•Works closely with all agencies department staff to develop an********strategic project plans.
•Has a thorough understanding of the plann******** creative an********processes.
•Proactively gathers the necessary information to plan an******** eachclient project.
•Provides timely issuance of all documentation: proposals, project******** creative br******** est******** t******** meetingsummar******** an******** an******** reports.
•Manages project schedules an******** project deliverables aredelivere******** time an******** budget.
•Produces client budgets an******** updates.
•Manages client project internal an******** communication an********.
•Works in a proactive manner to provide client campaigns with thegreatest amount of adde******** through communications.
•Analyzes client ******** together with backgroun********, research,fiel********, etc., to produce full communications plans.
•Writes Client Contact Reports; reviews important developments.
•Manage team members an******** & coaching them.

WHO ARE YOU?
•To be successful in this role, you will either nee******** come in withthe skills an******** below, or be positione******** quickly masterthem:
•At least 5-9 years' experience in account management role, 4A agency+healthcare industry experience.
•Mature team management experience.
•Goo******** on healthcare industry an******** MKT.
•Must be extremely organ******** detaile******** accurate.
•Ability to multi-task in a fast pace******** env******** working wellunder pressure juggling multiple projects an********.
•Highly skille******** building an******** project schedules an********.
•Ability to oversee programs through project l******** ensuringdeliverable is met on time.
