Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities

• To serve as a member of the senior leadership team in the Kunminghospital on strategy, plann******** management, oversight an********decision making for the Hospital;
• To serve as the line manager an******** responsible for performancemanagement an******** of the OT, PT, SLP an******** &LearningSupport team leads;
• Coordinating the functions of the therapy team an******** alea******** in service ******** planning clinical staff sche********evaluation an******** development;
• To promote best practise to other therapists an******** as a resourcefor training an******** advice;
• To assist in the recruitment an******** of clinical staff asappropriate;
• To lea******** induction an******** of new an******** clinical staff;
• To be involve******** the appraisal an******** of clinical staff;
• To manage performance issues among clinicians in liaison with otherkey management staff;
• To lea******** all clinical staff comply with policies an********;
• To identify areas of service development in conjunction with seniormanagement an******** a lea******** implementing these;
• To provide interpretation an******** of pol******** proce********guidelines an******** of practise throughout the team;
• To make responses to complaints an******** regarding Olivia’s Placean******** with senior management as required;
• To promote the role of therapy within Olivia’s Place to v********other medical an******** staff, the wider community an******** serviceusers.

Minimum E******** Experience & Skills
• Graduate degree in ABA, OT, PT, ST or psychology
• Minimum of 6 years work clinical exper******** including managementexperience
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent written an******** English
