Job Purpose
To be responsible for all areas of finance as our company transitionsfrom our current start-up venture-funde******** to significant growthan******** a public listing by working together with the Cha******** CEOan******** to plan an******** strategies to achieve our growthobjectives.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Planning an******** Leadershi********
• Serves in the Executive Management Team of LIH, leading on strategy,planning an********, ******** investment an********&A;
• Leads the company on our financial strategies including ********growth, investor relations Series B roun******** additional rounds off******** an******** for public listing;
• Leads on financial plann******** bu******** expenditure mon********tax an********&L management for all company departments an********;

Operation********
• Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive managementteam;
• Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies;

Implement operational best practices;
• Developing an******** preparing useful financial data indashboar******** other reporting formats for decision making purposes;
• Leads on accounting an******** an******** reporting.

Risk Managemen********
• Analyzes, understands an******** key elements of the company's riskprofile
• Construct an******** reliable control systems
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Ensure that the company complies with all legal an********requirements relate******** account******** investment an********

Funding & Treasury:

• Monitor cash balances an******** forecasts

Investment & M&A:

Minimum E******** Experience & Skills
• University degree in accounting an******** license
• Successful experience having serve******** a senior executive in acompany
• Experience with venture capital an******** equity funding
• Experience with public listings
• Interest in healthcare
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent written an******** English an********.
