岗位职责:
1. Perform daily patient roun******** either ******** or as part of theteam. Review subjective an******** findings including labs, diagnostictest******** vital s******** woun********, an******** an******** data tosenior consultant surgeons when necessary.
2. Provides patient education relate******** proce******** me********therapeutic goals, etc.
3. Arranges for consults an******** transfers as needed.
4. Collaborates with senior consultants in the establishment ofdiagnoses an******** of therapies an******** needs both in the inpatientan******** setting.
5. Discontinue ******** dressing’s changes, woun********, staplean******** removal, cast an******** applications an******** asindicated.
6. Writes daily progress notes on all inpatients. Writes progress notesfor each patient seen in clinic.
7. Assesses patient’s progress through extende******** course, utilizesavailable resources, an******** as necessary to ensure that optimalpatient outcomes are achieved.
8. Resource for nursing staff regarding patient care issues.
9. Staff outpatient pediatric orthopedic clinic
10. Perform independent surgery on privilege******** in consultationwith the CMO
11. Assists senior consultants on pediatric orthopedic cases
12. Works on quality improvement activities within the department incollaboration with other pediatric orthopedic team an********
15. Will agree to serve on one hospital/clinic committee
16. Will work closely with the Administrative Leader/Chairperson of theDepartment in supporting departmental goals
17. May be grante******** responsibilities base******** consultationwith Department Leader/Chairperson and/or Medical Director/CMO.
18. Current pediatric orthopedic practice an******** clinicaldevelopment in pediatric orthopedic.

• Wide range of clinical knowledge an******** in orthopedics
• More than 10 years of clinical experience in orthopedics
• Previous experience of clinical leadership woul******** preferred
• Overseas clinical experience woul******** advantage
• Management skill;

• Be able to work with the local hospitals
