Position Summary:

Main Responsibilitie********

Be the technical expert in their domain an******** of the customer toregional management, global product management an******** development.
Working with TAMs to develop high value customer accounts in GreaterChina by utilizing deep domain knowle******** having the ability todiscuss key relevant publications an******** literature in great detailwith key customers.
Make recommendations to sales management ways to approach the districtmarket when a new clinical test becomes available or there is anopportunity to develop a lab develope******** in a reference lab orother clinical/hospital setting.
Regularly communicate updates to senior management of in-district salesperformance, forecast up******** an******** issues relate******** theirspecific product line performance, competitor act******** or otherissues emerging in assigne********.
Pre-sales activity will include delivery of technical expertise duringthe sales process including demonstration to the customer an********relevant clinical commentary to show best practice to our customersadopting Illumina solutions. Must therefore utilize extensive laboratoryexperience to demonstrate a capability of laboratory workflowsan******** with customers the corresponding value-a******** of Illuminatechnology.
Provide engaging clinical presentations relate******** Oncology asrequire******** assigne******** to drive market interest in Illuminatechnologies.
Be recognize******** the Oncology community as a valuable invite********on domain topics an******** trade shows an******** relate********Oncology. Facilitate an******** the development of sales tools,an******** training for the sales team an******** Channel Partners tosupport the Oncology business. Be a technical champion of Illumina’ssolutions in these markets. This will include the reinforcement ofstrategic selling programs at Illum******** including the REALan******** Negotiate frameworks.Regularly visit key assigne******** toimplement selling strategy, tactics an******** key sales opportunitiesan******** development relate******** Oncology products.
Work with distric******** marketing an******** Solutions to organizean******** User Group Meetings an********.
Assisting sales an******** marketing on new strategic initiativesrequiring both technical an******** knowledge.
Providing strategic an******** feedback to fiel********.
Escalation of technical issues to Technical Support for resolution.

All About You
Requiremen********

5-8 years in a clinical testing laboratory environment
Experience in clinical test development an******** of new testsincluding creation of associate******** an******** standards
Recognize******** technical expertise in oncology an******** healthtesting methodologies
Uses independent judgment in developing metho******** techniques orevaluation criteria for obtaining results
Independently works on highly complex problems requiring analysis ofmultiple variables
Excellent demonstrate******** (verbal an********), presentationan******** skills
Strong negotiation skills an******** to persuade
Proven ability to lea******** influence a broa******** of constituents(internal stake hol******** external stake holders an******** opinionleaders in the field) with divergent interests in order to create adefine******** focuse******** of action
Experience across the geographic region a plus
Must be willing to travel up to 60%

Educational:

BSc or PhD in medical sciences or relate********, molecular biology orbiochemistry degree. Alternatively M.S. + 5 years’ experience
