Role Summary/Purpose:

Application Specialist provides formal clinical application training forICS customers, an******** training an******** application support forICS installation base within warranty. 1. Provide technical an******** leadership during sales process bydemonstrating full range of product features including potential uses,product capabilities an******** to customers as needed.
2. Develop, coordinate an******** product training to customers onsoftware, application and/or equipment use, monitor customerinstallations to improve customer satisfaction an******** customer relationships.
3. Improve customer satisfaction an******** retention through continuouseducation on optimization of equipment uses.
4. Support trade shows an******** conferences by performing productdemonstration an******** as well as customer training.
5. Use market an******** knowledge to assist sales team in developingsales, marketing an******** service strategies.
