MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(A) SPECIFIC (90 %)

2) Supports organization workflow design sessions an******** HISapplication workflows.
3) Support test******** an******** of training environments with MedicalInformatics an******** Department.
4) Work with CMIO an******** informatics Director in ******** writingan******** of the clinical training curriculum.
5) Support ******** coordination an******** of new hire trainingprograms for medical an******** staff.
6) Works closely with relevant clinical training departments to developan******** completion of competency base******** assessments oftrainer******** an******** users.
7) Partners and/or develops Super Users program an******** for HISapplication.
8) Provide routine project performance updates.
9) Support the organization during dress rehearsals prior to systemsGo-Live an******** operations.
10) Work with medical informatics an******** technology for clinicianGo-Live support.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

(A) EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
1) University Degree or equivalent.
2) Fluent in speaking an******** classes in Mandarin an********.
3) Familiar with PDSA cycle in change management, an********implementation
4) Goo******** engagement skills
5) Preferably three years’ work experience in tra******** informationtechnology, or healthcare operations in EMR/EHR deployment withgoo******** relationship management skills
6) Able to performing all aspects of learning facilitation with minimalguidance.
7) Able to coach, team-bu******** clinical en******** support,an******** management skills.
8) Experience in developing e-learning modules for en********.
