Basic Function an******** of the Position:

Event Specialist plans an******** marketing events, such as trade shows,seminars an******** customer relate********, including online events.S/he might provide graphic design support for regional collateralincluding flyers an******** graphics.
S/he will be primarily measure********:

Responsibility:

1.Lea******** of event logistics an******** including budge********,publishing of tradeshow reports or summaries.
2.Track projects; manage the events calendar an******** dates an********for Illumina events.
3.Design an******** of booth graph******** support materialan********-relate********
4.Coordinate company presence at shows, working closely with ProductManagement an******** Communications teams an******** Channel Partners
5.Coordinate log******** including: booth graphics an******** hire;registration an******** track******** presentation an******** supportan********- an********-event evaluations.
6.Procure (research, select an********), an******** vendor services.
7.Coordinate facility/exhibit set-up, equipment an******** requirements.
8.Provides on-site event support as necessary.
9.Creates an******** standar******** procedures for the event planningfunction.
10.May collect, track, an******** sales leads an********generate******** events.
11.Orders an******** the inventory of promotional items an********assets.
12.Keeps promotional item an******** literature inventory stocke********up to date.

Preferre******** Background:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commun******** or Event Planning
