Position of Laboratory Technician



Introduction

The laboratory of Prof. Christopher Antos is seeking applications forthe position of laboratory technician，which reports to group PI. Dr.Antos an******** laboratory colleagues are intereste********understanding the how human heart an******** can be induce********regenerate. The Antos Laboratory researches how the zebrafishregenerates its heart an******** appendages. Because the zebrafishan******** have significant similarities in gene expression an********b******** researching how this fish regenerates its heart an********appendages shoul******** to a better understanding on how to induceregeneration in human heart an******** tissues.



Responsibilities

This work encompasses current cell b******** molecular metho********advance******** an******** animal husbandry. The Laboratory Technicianwill help set up an******** the general running of the laboratory(ordering e******** ordering suppl******** help monitor the laboratorybu******** manage laboratory e******** interacting with companyrepresentat******** help with ShanghaiTech administrative workassociate******** running laboratory, etc.). Time will also bededicate******** training the technician in current experimentalmethods. The Laboratory Technician will be involve******** carrying outexperiments that contribute to publications in international sciencejournals. For the Laboratory Techn******** Dr. Antos guarantees aworking environment that will help the Laboratory Technician toexpan******** or her knowledge in experimental research an********interact with professional colleagues from aroun******** world.



Requirements

上海科技大学生命科学与技术学院Antos研究组以斑马鱼为模型，通过研究斑马鱼如何再生其心脏及其附属物来更好地理解如何诱导人类心脏和肢体组织的再生。现诚聘研究助理1名，岗位汇报对象为研究组PI。




一、岗位职责：

1）承担实验室的部分常规实验，负责斑马鱼的饲养和繁殖管理；

2）建立和维护实验室的日常运行；

3）协助PI处理实验室相关行政事务。




二、招聘条件：

1）具有生物科学相关专业硕士及以上学历；

2）英语、中文交流能力优秀，熟练使用办公软件；

3）具有基本的细胞生物学、分子生物学实验技能，具有斑马鱼工作经验者优先；

4）工作认真细致,责任心强,具有良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神,服务意识强；

5）工作踏实，能长期安心本职工作。
