Service Development Supervisor - OTSC (尿机,血凝产品线)

You will be responsible to execute the service outsource strategyan********, manage the evaluation / training process, service SOPan******** of the service provider.
执行公司和部门对于服务外包的 策略，负责管理外包服务的提供商/经销商的认证，服务流程和服务质量。

Main Tasks & Responsibilities 主要工作职责 :
1. Implementing service outsourcing strategy, relate******** an********;
执行公司外包的服务战略和相关的管理流程。
2. Establishing the outsource distributor selection standar********evaluation process;
建立并执行服务外包的经销商选择评估机制和流程。
3. Creating the outsource service contract template, including serviceSOP an********，an******** an******** with the distributor;
创建外包服务合同的模板（包括SOP和KPI要求）,并且配合和外包商的谈判。
4. Establishing the outsource provider qualification process, includingtechnical tra******** compliance tra******** customer complainthandling/ PCC training an******** necessary tra******** making sureservice quality match Roche requirements , an******** theimplementation;
监督实施外包服务商的培训认证机制，包含技术培训，法规培训，投诉处理/PCC培训，确保外包服务质量符合罗氏的要求。
5. Responsible to monitor the service provider's working performancean********;
负责后续进行外包服务商的质量监督和管理。
6. Implementing company strategy an********, working with salesan******** closely, cross function communication an********, achievingcompany goal;
执行公司的SOP和战略，与市场和销售部门紧密合作，共同达到公司既定目标。

Education & Qualifications 教育背景与专业资格:
1. You shoul******** at least Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Engineeringor Appropriate Science or Medical discipline;
生物医学工程或者相关专业院校学士以上学位。
