Position Summary：

Responsibility/Accountability：
1. Provides on-site an******** support for information technologyequipment configuration to a specific user including but notlimite********, tra******** break-fix an******** support.
2. Work with service provider on problem escalation an********
3. Works with information technology equipment suppliers an********contractors to ensure that equipment re******** conf******** ordersan******** activities are met.
4. Ensures that a tracking mechanism is in place to assign equipmentan******** distribute******** to specific center an******** personnel.
5. Ensures all hardware an******** are configure********, including butnot limite********, portable an********-in-one workstat******** mobile******** pr******** wire******** wireless network e******** phonesystems, cellular serv******** projectors, an******** an********circuits for the center.
6. Maintains the company IT assets
7. Works with system software providers to conf******** test, an********software products into production.
8. Provides timely an******** system access an******** securityadministration for systems including a******** changes an******** userprofiles linke******** job roles an******** employee events.
9. Ensures the Information Technology Systems environment is securean********.
10. Supports the startup of new locations an******** expansion ofservices.
11. Interfaces with Genesis Healthcare an******** Rehab ServicesInformation Technology Operations as required.
12. Identifies areas of opportunity for center growth, professionalgrowth, performance improvement an******** service excellence.

Specific Educational/Vocational Requirements：

1. Minimum 5 years of information technology experience providing bothinformation technology technical an******** application support.
