Job Summary职位概述:
You will be under the instruction of HR training system, lea******** Sr.sales training manager, responsible for implementation an********management of sales training of Centralize******** Point of CareSolution(CPS) CC, IM assay products.
在公司人力资源的培训体系下，在全国销售培训经理领导下负责专业诊断部门各大区域生化、免疫试剂产品的销售队伍的培训实施及流程管理。

Main Tasks & Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
1. Providing selling skill training course to all sales workfacean******** interface employees making assessment on post trainingeffectiveness an******** action plan/proposal accordingly to salesmanagers to help improvement.
向所有的销售同事和销售相关同事提供销售技巧培训，评估培训的有效性并向相关销售经理提供改进方案。
2. Delivering tailor made training course to salesforce according toacquirements an******** of the sales.
根据销售的行为和需求提供定制化的培训课程。
3. Helping line manager to plan an******** the whole year training forsales in PCD knowledge.
协助上级经理计划并实施全年的销售人员PCD知识培训。
4. Fiel******** with sales execut******** base******** the feedback fromthe customers an******** sales of sales tra******** observing theselling skill of sales, giving feedback to sales & sales managers.
与销售代表协访，从客户及销售获得培训反馈，观察销售的销售技巧展现， 给予销售及相关销售经理信息反馈。
5. Communicating with Centralize******** Point of Care Solution(CPS) MKTteam to update the product training materials for Cornerstone systeme-learning & classroom tra******** arranging an******** theclassroom training of Professional Diagnostics product knowledge.
与专业诊断部门市场部沟通，更新用于网上学习及现场培训的产品培训资料，协调安排实施专业诊断部门员工现场产品知识培训。
6. Assisting line manager on sales training needs analys********training assessment an******** the training plan.
协助上级经理开展销售人员的培训需求分析、培训结果评估及制定培训计划。
7. Compiling an******** relevant training mater******** arrangingan******** the sales training record.
编写和更新相关培训资料，销售培训记录的整理和更新。
8. Evaluating an******** up training effect by follow-ups , reportingthe feedbacks to the line manager.
评估销售人员在培训后的应用效果， 给予上级经理信息反馈.

Education & Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
1. You shoul******** Bachelor Degrees major in Clinical Laboratory orMedical
大学本科毕业，医学检验或医学专业
2. Proficiency in both spoken an******** English
熟练掌握英语口语及书面表达
3. Sol******** in Microsoft PowerPo******** Word, Excel
熟练应用微软办公软件
4. Excellent interpersonal skills an******** skills
优秀的沟通技巧和演讲技巧

Experience工作经验:
1. You shoul******** at least 7 years’ experience in IVD or clinicalmedicine
至少7年的IVD或者医药行业工作经验
2. At least 3 years’ experience in sales training
3年以上销售培训经验
