Senior Project Manager

The Role
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is a member of the Research Servicesgroup of The George Institute China. The role is responsible forproviding high level a******** guidance an******** to the researchservice group in the areas of ******** al******** standardisationan******** of processes an******** to ensure that research workprocesses are logistically sound, efficient an******** resourced. Inthe first ******** the SPM will have approximately 0.5FTE responsibilityfor a specific project, but it is expecte******** this will reduce asthe management an******** control responsibilities increase.

Reporting Relationships
The Senior Project Manager will report to the Hea******** ResearchServices directly.

Duties an******** Responsibilities

• All activities must be conducte******** accordance with projectspecific ******** applicable standar******** procedures (SOPs), ICH GCP(if applicable) an******** regulatory requirements.
• Maintain effective professional relationships with external customers,investigators an********. Maintain effective professional relationshipswith internal project team including those providing academic input.
• Provide clear guidance to project teams on project-specificdeliverables.
• Provide training an******** control assessment across projectsan******** operational staff.

Quality Management of Research
• Work with research teams to ensure quality standards are consistentlyapplie******** all activities of The George Institute China.
• Work with the Hea******** Research Services an******** team toco-ordinate the preparation an******** to audit findings an********appropriate follow-up an******** of matters.
• Develop an******** Standar******** Procedures (SOPs) of The GeorgeInstitute to ensure research conduct meets International Conference onHarmonisation (ICH)/Goo******** Practice (GCP) an******** standards.
• Ensure that SOPs an******** are integrate******** followe********require******** all studies utilising SOPs from other academic researchorganisations.
• Prepare progress reports, as re******** for line management,stakeholders an********
