1) Participate in annual long range strategic planning ( 3-year plan)
2) Participate in annual marketing tactical budget plan ( 1-year plan)
l Develop area marketing plans 发展区域市场计划
1) Propose regional tactical cycleplans ( 4 times per year)
2) Report local market info to central ( on a monthly basis)
l Execute / implement national & regional marketingplans执行全国/区域市场计划
1) Train regional sales force
2) Support in promotional tool development ( DA, g******** slidek********etc) propose region specific promotional mater********ifappropriate
3) Product specific regional sales an********&P budget
4) Organize regioanl activities (CME programs, symposia , etc.)

Education:
