POSITION SUMMARY:
Participate in the development an******** of Hospital Information Systemwith the focus of clinical functionality such as order entry an**************** clinical documentation template design for various clinicaldiscipline.

ESSENTIAL TASKS:
• Work with en******** departments to collect requirement
• Provide requirement to software designer/developer an******** asliaison between clinical operation an******** developer
• Understan******** application software thoroughly in order toconfigure the software when needed
• Work with en******** department to develop testing plan. Participatein software testing.
• Assist en******** department or training department to developtraining plan
• Perform trouble shooting tasks when user report issues an********problem when possible. Work with software provider to resolve complexissues when necessary.
• Provide go live support when necessary
• Review any system upgrade plan with department an******** operationsto ensure system is up to date. Plan upgrade activities acrossfunctions to ensure system integration is intact with all new softwarereleases.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, an********:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredite********, major in healthsc******** or computer science or medical informatics preferred.
• Working experience in hospital/clinic is advantages
• Clinical backgroun******** a plus
• Software system implementation experience is a real plus
• Must be keen in using software, including MS Office Suite.

• Excellent verbal an******** communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Mac OmniPlan woul********helpful.
