PURPOSE


Sales Application Specialist is a key role in Philips HealthcareInformation Solution & Services Greater China Sales an********organization to support Sales Team with customer ******** assist insolution design an******** ******** lea******** marketing efforts todevelop solution value propositions through market analys********an******** business target realization through campaign management. Thisrole will also help BG an******** marketing to develop middle orlong-term business development strategy base******** understandingan******** for local customer needs an******** situation.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Work with HIT Business Manager to drive annual strategic plan(BMC/others) together with local functions an******** to ensure annualbusiness target realization;
Translates customer requirements into informatics solution design inaccordance with the clinical workflow an******** strategy
Leads project discovery an******** in order to guarantee an effectivesolution ******** development an******** of solutions into the customerenvironment
Advises customer management team on how the Informatics solutioncoul******** use******** improve business operations an******** outcome(KPIs)
Act as an advocate an******** of customer closeness an******** promoterscore.
Work closely with fellow Presale team members on solution valuepropos******** differentiation strategies an******** key messages totargete******** segmentation;
Coordinate NPI (new product introduction) process along with global BIU,solution team an******** R&D team;
Provide meaningful market insight to management team an******** BG/BIUsto support business decision an******** term strategic businessdevelopment plan through analyzing an******** customer need********,market tren******** government policy an******** dynamic;
Lea******** efforts along with sales an******** function to createmarket ******** buil******** preference an******** bran********;
Keep close communication an******** with industry assoc******** KOLs,policy stakeholders an******** site customers, develop thoughtleadership programs an******** programs to strengthen Philips leadingposition an******** power;
Lea******** develop diversifie******** an******** tools to supportbusiness ******** like brochure, v******** leaflet an******** stories.

JOB REQUIREMENTS


Education学历:

Bachelor degree or above, MBA preferred

Experience工作经验:
8 years relative working experience in healthcare or healthcareinformatics industry;
Candidate with experience in Clinical Cardiology with strong customerfacing experience

Travel Frequency出差频率: aroun******** to 70%
