o Manages expatriate allowances system: processes changes toallowances, monitors use of allowances, liaises with financedepartment to track payments.
o Monitors leave ******** including CME/CE, PTO, sabbatical leavean******** leave.
o Liaises with Commercial insurance to process monthly insurancepayment, an******** insurance benefit for non-Chinese staff.
o Meets with all new non-Chinese staff upon on-boar********communicate C&B procedures an******** policies.
o Initiate an******** the allowance reconciliation every Junean********
o Create an******** the work process an******** chart of allowancemanagement up to date
• Set up new employees personnel an******** files an******** inpersonnel relate******** to ensure the completeness an******** in atimely manner

Qualification********
• College degree with major in Human Resources or Administrationpreferred
