B. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy an********
• In conjunction with the Marketing Manager an******** management team,develop the Marketing Strategy for Japanese business in China.
• Deliver ******** quality B2B an******** marketing campaigns an********aime******** the Japanese corporate an******** business.
• Organise an******** Japanese Clinic tours or visits in Beijing.
• Update relevant information on Japanese capabilities in China on thewebsite.
• Manage the Japanese media plan in Ch******** inclusive of bu********coordination of media articles an******** execut******** asagree******** Marketing Manager.
• Regularly report on Raffles Medical Japanese media activities inChina.

Account Management
• Develop relationships with new an******** customers to provide accountstability.
• Ensure that all Raffles Medical pro******** services an********processes are fully understoo******** the client an******** byend-users.
• Respon******** clients service reque******** in an efficient manner
• Provide regular activity reporting to client

Business Development
• Strategic input to development of new clinic locat******** research onnew markets, competitors an******** marketing activities.
• Monitor an******** on Japanese competitive intelligence for Chinamonthly in line with Clinic Competitor Analysis.
• Prepare Japanese clinic Collaterals an******** responsibility forexecution of marketing events targete******** driving Japanese business.


Community Liaison Duties
• Identify an******** events for medical support or sponsorship ina******** meet company revenue object******** such a******** FirstA******** for Sports or School Events, Medical Standbys for high profileCorporate Events, Chamber of Commerce an******** embassy an********sem******** Doctor talk sem******** Medical Orientation Sess********Clinic Tours an******** Booths.
• Overall responsibility for marketing of International SOS productsan******** to Japanese business community an********-user communities inChina. Embassy, schools, chambers of commerce, expat compoun********relocation compan******** an********.
• Liaise with community contacts on a regular basis through clientmeet******** mail outs, clinic newsletters an******** contacts.

Projects Support
• Support the China business priorities on new clinics an********research projects, as required.
