Currently we are looking for Clinical Specialist Coordinator for Beijing Clinic
The Specialist co-ordinator is responsible for working with Seniorspecialist co-ordinator to ensure smooth functioning of the clinics heldby all visiting specialists. This includes the promotion, preparation& running of clinic appointments, liaising with all relevant partiesinvolved and any follow-up duties required.
It also includes proactive input in terms of quality initiatives anddriving a customer service culture/positive patient experience.
1 Confirm clinic appointments and ensure correctly scheduled
2 Collection of all relevant patient files and x-ray studies inpreparation of clinic appointment
3 Preparation of notes, call patient to confirm appointment
4 Organise a fracture clinic prior orthopaedic clinic in liaison withclinic doctor’s requirements.Collect relevant files & x-ray studiesin preparation
5 Formulate an appointment list and forward to relevant consultant priorscheduled clinic day
6 Maintain a waiting list in the event of cancellations and remindersfor future follow up visits
7 Set up and maintain the equipment relative to specialist service.
8 Liaise with visiting consultants retheir clinic availability
9 Distribute specialist schedule to clinic management in a timely manner
10 Enter relevant specialist schedules into clinic booking system
11 Liaise with and support Specialist Service Supervisor on Clinic requirements
12 Closely observe movement & condition of all clinic patients
13 Assist medical doctor in facilitating patient assessment and
treatments/procedures & follow through with prescribed orders
14 Contact patient, following any adverse findings on X-ray during aFracture Clinic, in the event they need f/u care for alternate treatment

8 Fluency in spoken & written English
9 Basic Computer literacy
10 Nurse or medical background is a must
