POSITION SUMMARY:

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 Collects an******** customer v******** observes the clinical issuesan******** the clinical expertise to identify unmeet customer needs inthe high clinical values areas, provides medical/clinical input totailore********&D organization representing VOC to enableachievement of business objectives for new product development
 Lea******** tissue an******** testing (surgeries) to verify the designan******** of prototypes or samples in product development phases. Toprovide professional support an******** to engineering team forrefining.
 Organizes Medical Advisory Boar******** to evaluate newtailore******** concepts, consolidates inputs from KOLs an******** keyclinical requirements base******** collecte********.
 Identify possible clinical collaboration sites in Ch******** evenother emerging market countr******** to conduct an******** producttesting an******** of equipment at customer/clinical s********an******** responsible for the accuracy, completeness an********compliance of all clinical study results for their assigne********.
 Develops clinical validation strateg******** clinical study plans,an******** protocols to evaluate safety an******** efficacy aspects oftailore******** conce******** prior to product release. Assures thatprototype clinical research program design meets scientific objective.Develops data analysis strategy for prototype clinical studies.


EXPERIENCE:
 At least 3-5 years Minimal Invasive Surgery working experience as aGeneral/ Thoracic Surgeon in II/A hospital or above.(Tier Icitie******** II/A above. Tier II citie******** III/A), familiar withLaparoscopy or VATS.
 Senior resident is desire******** rich surgical exper********attending or above surgeon is preferred.
 Specific MIS training certificate is preferred.
EDUCATION:
 Master or above of Clinical medicine is re******** Medical Doctor (MD)is a must.
