Essential Responsibilitie********
- Understanding market trends / customer insights an********

- Implement GEHC China channel strategies

- Design the channel model to align with the LS market

- Buil******** relate******** management process an******** base********the LS channel model

- Conduct channel compliance training

- Support sales team on channel effectiveness analysis & improvement

- Buil********-term partnership with dealers to support business growth

- Dealer performance evaluation(OP/Coverage/Penetrat******** etc)

- Buil******** dealer profile

- Engage in P&L dealer renew, channel conflict monitoring &termination.

- Develop an******** a sales plan for assigne********/distributoraime******** achieving an******** sales turnover an******** return,within the most cost-effective route an********-frame. Target newbusiness accounts an******** as well as existing customers

- Actively manage the relationship with LS dealers to ensure alignmentwith company objectives

- Procee********/channel with the support & informationneede******** facilitate their effectiveness

- Maintain a high level of technical an******** competence on relevantLife Sciences pro******** techniques an********.

- Accurately forecast sales an******** opportunities withindesignate********, using sales tools an********. Prepare an******** inbusiness review******** for Regional Sales Management, to ensure aconstant flow of information between Channel/Distributor an********Company.

- Maintain an awareness of competitor activities an******** an********that this information is collecte******** made available to the SalesManager.

Qualification********
- Bachelor’s Degree or above.

- At least 7+ years experience in channel management, sales oroperations

- A proven track-recor******** achieving an******** sales targets,an******** desire to grow new business

- Experience understanding customer needs an******** drivers an********this knowledge to develop account plans an******** (knowledge of theexisting account area******** woul******** advantageous).

- Acumen on business an******** trends; willingness to make new trial
