FLEX FACTORY TRAINING MANAGER

Role Summary/Purpose: The Flex Factory Training Manager has abroa******** of responsibilities that ******** but not limite********,analyzing training nee******** ******** developing an******** technicalcourses to ensure customer (in/external) needs are met. Work crossfunctionally with various GEHC teams to integrate new product traininginto the Flex Factory technical training curriculum. Essential Responsibilitie********
- Supports global flex factory training an******** initiatives thatsupports Enterprise Solutions.

- This individual will collaborate with multiple stakeholders toidentify an******** training an******** requirements that aretranslate******** user an******** requirements to develop trainingsystems.

- Provide on-site customer training on Flex Factory equipment an********

- Provide in-house an******** site training on individual pieces ofequipment as needed.

- Assists in new product ******** provides market application supportan******** demonstrations as needed.

- Support Bio-manufacturing Services an******** Trak scientists withbench top to large scale client projects

- Responsible for the ******** creat******** delivery an******** of FlexFactory training program.

- Support the ******** development an******** of (Flex Factory &Fast Trak) standar******** custom technical user training courses thatfollow a structure******** to be delivere******** varying methods(classroom, lab, e-learn******** etc.)

- Leadership in area of expertise to move projects forward

- Conducting an******** scientific application trainings for FlexFactory an******** Trak on key tops such as (Monoclonal Antibodies(MAb's), vacc******** recombinant prote******** plasma fractionation)

Qualification********
- Technical competence in either upstream bioprocessing (especiallymammalian cell culture) or pur******** with exposure to the other

- Experience as a hands-on operator in a GMP biomanufacturing operation

- A strong interpersonal sk******** including goo******** communicationsan******** ability to uphol******** company values during customerinteractions

- Working knowledge of Excel, Wor******** PowerPo******** Outlook

- Bachelor's Degree in B******** Chem******** Chemical Engineering orrelate******** or Bachelor’s Degree an******** year experience withintechnical discipline or equivalent (define******** High SchoolDiploma/GED/Biotech training program an******** years progressiveexperience within bioprocess-relate********)

- Must be able to travel internationally without restrictions

- Must be able to sustain up to 50% travel, including multi-weekassignments

- At least one year of hands-on GMP manufacturing experience

- Strong industrial experience in purification of biomolecules(upstream, ******** technology transfer, val******** process ********biomanufacturing

- Able to operate in a high pace environment with frequent changes
