Job Summary职位概述:
1.Define quality system, guide an******** the ******** to ensure companycomplies with applicable RD Quality Standards an******** regulatoryrequirements制订适合的公司质量管理制度，指导、监督制度的执行，确保公司符合总部的质量标准和当地质量法规要求
2.Ensure the regulatory an******** SOP compliance in QA systeman******** activities.
确保质量管理体系和经营活动符合当地法规要求和公司内部操作规范

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1.Lead team to be responsible for guide an******** on productpurchas******** incoming goo******** maintain the goo******** sales,return , non-conformity product management, transportation etc. ,coordinate to monitor an******** 3PL quality assurance capab******** toensure compliance with RD quality standards an******** regulations.
带领下属与其他有关部门协调，指导并监督产品的采购、收货、验收、储存、养护、销售、退货、不合格品管理、运输等产品在物流环节的质量管理工作，协助监督考核委托的第三方物流公司质量保障能力，确保符合罗氏诊断总部相关质量标准和中国法规要求。

带领下属与其他有关部门协调，对产品在物流过程中发生的包装损坏和温度偏差，按照罗氏诊断总部相关质量标准和中国法规要求进行判断和释放。

负责罗氏诊断总部与物流质量相关的质量标准在中国的执行与监督，确保符合罗氏诊断总部的相关要求。

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:
Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
1.Bachelor degree or above, subject on Medical/bioengineering/ clinicalMedicine or biochemistry; license******** or laboratorytechnician-in-charge preferred
大学本科以上学历，医学/ 生物工程/ 临床或生化专业。具有执业药师或主管检验师职称优先。
2.Proficiency in both spoken an******** English
熟练掌握英语口语及书面表达

Experience工作经验:
