岗位职责:
• Ensure all the require******** an******** supplies are availablean******** before surgery.
• Ensure every surgeon’s privilege.
• Transport patient from relevant department to OR base on the pre-opchecklist. Ensure all the necessary documents an******** are prepared.
• In charge of securing patient comfortably in correct surgicalpos******** avo******** exposure, maintain warm an********.
• Conduct universal protocol; participate in final “Time Out”.
• Assist the anesthesiologist with the induction of anesthesia whenapplicable.
• Assist surgeon an******** nurse with proper surgical gowningan********.
• Maintain OR aseptic environment aroun******** operating tableregarding IC protocol. Supervise operation attendee’******** visitors’aseptic technique.
• Perform correct counting with scrub nurse before an******** surgeryaccording to relevant policy.
• Assess patient’s condition such as VS, bloo********, urine outputan******** ******** etc, throughout the procedure.
• Assist surgeon, anesthesiologist an******** nurse throughout theprocedure. Ensure the quality an******** of manpower, equipmentan********. Communicate with relational department as needed.
• Collect an******** specimen according to relevant policy.
• Administer medication or bloo******** according to surgeonan********’s order following relevant working flow an********.
• Perform post-anesthesia care an******** patient to ordere********after meeting criteria.
• In charge of completing relevant Operation Room nursing documentationan******** collection.
• Transport patient back to relevant department according to surgeon’sorder. Give detaile******** report.
• Charge operational bill an******** in completing recor********Trakcare system.
• Participate in CSSD work when assigne******** is off duty
任职资格:
• Minimal Education Requirement—above college degree in nursing
• Minimal experience Requirement- 5years working experience in nursing;Above 2 years OR specialty nursing experience preferred
Minimum 2 years oversea nursing experience require******** new hires.
• Licensing Needed- Registere******** license in China.
• Adequate communication skills in English an********
