Position Summary:

The Clinical Territory Account Manager will serve as thededicate******** leader responsible for ensuring continuous Illuminabusiness growth an******** with clinical customers across the GreaterChina region.

As the lea******** a cross-functional account team supporting one ormore name******** accounts, the Clinical TAM serves as the operationallea******** the delivery of Illumina technology, service an********. TheClinical TAM will be responsible for developing an******** a seamlesspartnership with the customer to maximize all aspects of therelat******** including:

1.Adoption an******** of Illumina products
2.Financial performance an******** growth
3.Customer satisfaction
4.Product an******** development an********

In this role, the Clinical TAM will set goals for the account team,provide fee******** an******** communication between Illumina an********key account. The Clinical TAM is responsible to maximize the strategicbusiness relationship by aligning the customer’s mission an********goals with successful utilization of current an******** Illuminatechnology an********, an******** manage both the customer relationshipan******** deployment of Illumina resources allocate******** achievethis goal.

Main Responsibilitie********

• Develop high-value, long-term profitable customer accounts throughrelationship building sales techniques.
• Prepare an******** compelling customer sales presentations an********in all sales activities an******** with general customer ********training an********.
• Negotiate all sales opportunities within company establishe********within the assigne******** an******** associate******** contractsan********.
• Maintain desirable pricing levels through effective sales negotiation.
• Develop an******** all accoun******** details within Illumina’s CRMdatabase. Utilize same to effectively monitor an******** customerpurchasing activities.
• Leverage CRM system to grow sales from existing customer base.
• Provide regular an******** sales forecast updates.
• Create a business plan for each assigne******** that satisfies goalsas establishe******** sales management.
• Effectively buil******** shor******** term sales pipeline an********the necessary levels of sales leads an********.
• Satisfy all product an******** training requirements asestablishe******** Sales management an******** Training department.
• Act as a central communication point to ensure information flow on allaspects of the business relationship is eff******** effect********an******** appropriately.
•Buil******** at all levels of the customer organization. Facilitatecommunication an******** building between Illumina an********executives.
• Manage the sales process including pricing management, projectpipeline v******** product an******** forecast******** ordertransact******** an******** schedules.
• Lea******** account team to plan an******** activities to ensureefficient an******** sales support, fiel********, an******** an********support are provided.
• Participate in the introduction of new technology platforms an********to key accounts. Facilitate an******** flow of information to an********customer during pre-commercial phases.
• Understan******** competitive dynamics within the account an********development an******** of strategies an******** that best positionIllumina technology an******** to neutralize competitor growth.
• Provide Illumina management with regular feedback on account statusan******** initiatives.
• Provide strategic account management best practice visibilityan******** internally as appropriate.

All About You

Requiremen********

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Life Science sales or arelate********.
• Minimum of 3 years working in a key account management role sellinginto clinical accounts
• Strong technical backgroun******** molecular biology or genomics isrequired.
• Regulatory experience highly desirable.
• Experience with launching new products into the clinical market isideal.
• Well-develope******** an******** sales skills with proven ability todevelop an******** key accounts through networking at all levels of thecustomer organization.
• Excellent l******** time management, organizational an******** skills.
• Strong negotiation skills including high value capital equipment
• Detail- an********-oriente********

Educational:

• BA/BS or MS degree in Clinical or Biomedical Sciences desirable. PhD aplus.
