Purpose of the Position:

• Support Corning Life Science’s technical image in the Life SciencesResearch market place by giving accurate information an******** totechnical calls, requests an******** from external an******** customers.

Day to Day Responsibilitie********
 Answer products an******** relate******** questions from customers,sales representat******** customer service representat********distributors an******** international subsidiaries.
 Receive an******** customer product complaints (functional) an********customer feedback to product management.
 Assist product management in new product ideation by directing newproduct ideas to product managers.
 Assist as neede******** division functions where technical expertiseis require******** as product shows, trade shows an******** training.

Education & Experience

Required
 Minimum requirement is Master degree in fiel******** cell biology withspecific knowledge in cell base********.
 3+ year experience in lab
