Role Summary/Purpose:
The Fiel******** Engineer will be responsible for meeting the dailyservice repair needs of the customer’s equipment an******** customersatisfaction through Service Excellence.
Essential Responsibilitie********

• Basic troubleshoot******** ******** maintenance an******** repairneeds on Cell Analysis products.
• Completing Preventative Maintenance an******** ModificationInstructions.
• Ordering an******** repair parts cycle times.
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such asmaintaining customer service logs an******** service records in a timelymanner.
• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolutionan******** follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining tools an******** equipment properly an******** they arecalibrated.
• Meeting Health an******** Serv******** Environment Health an********and/or other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service deliveryissues an******** root cause analysis that will lea******** effectiveproblem solving.
• Participating in sales opportunities such as contract renewalsan******** with promoting an******** revenue programs.
• Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient servicedelivery to all accounts within assigne********.
