- Demonstrate the ability to generate business opportunities thatleverage GE Life Science in the market place

- Drives an******** business initiatives to trigger Growth

- Manages an experience******** team.

- Mobilizes an******** Sales team towards fulfilling GEHC Life Sciencesstrategic business goals

- Recru******** coaches an******** talents in hi******** team

- Buil******** term relationship with customers, provide leadershipan******** in crucial customers interface. Strengthen GELS externalimage with luminaries

Qualification******** 1. 10+ years of successful sale********experience in hospital system

2. At least 3+ years of successful middle level sales managementan******** management experience

3. Minimum of 7 years in Life Sciences or healthcare industry

4. Willingness an******** to travel

5. Strong management skills an******** to develop talents

6. Strongly compliance driven
